Miscrosoft’s Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 now available in 5 colors
I don’t know what the occasion is, but apparently Microsoft has decided to dish out its Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 in 5 dazzlingly bright colors. And no, the one pictured here is not pink, so stop your hating. This, my friend, is what the color Dragon Fruit looks like. At least that’s true according to Microsoft. Other colors include Aloe, Milk Chocolate, and Creme Brulee, and Pomegranate. You’ll be able to get these babies from Best Buy in May for around $30, and will reportedly be rolling out to other stores by June. Artsy type geeks, I think, are gonna love this. Via [Gizmodo] Keep up with the latest gadget goodness! (Read the full post about ‘Miscrosoft’s Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 now available in 5 colors’…)

Awang A9000, a HTC TyTn Clone
The Awang A9000 is the almost-perfect clone of the HTC TyTn, at least, on the surface. Just by looking at the pictures, we can tell that that construction and finish look cheap compared to the original one. It doesn’t mean that it does not have qualities: unlike the original one, it supports Dual Sim and has a TV Tuner – not bad huh? It costs $320 (US?) at trademe. Written by admin on Wednesday, April 9th, 2008 in gadgets.

I’ve always thought that those who wear sunglasses at night are posers, but I ought to change that thinking now since some of them might actually be wearing the Tag Heuer Night Vision Driving Glasses. This pair of sunglasses claims to maximize your driving performance from dusk to dawn using some contrast and color magic. Developed originally for drivers in the 24 Hours of LeMans, each pair is constructed from titanium frames and Reflex-style flexible temples. There is no word on pricing, but judging by the clout the brand name has, it ain’t gonna be cheap.

Parasolar charges your gadgets while providing Sun protection
Let’s say you wanted to head on out for a sunny day at the beach and like most of us geeks can’t bear to leave your personal gadgets behind. Of course, how are you going to keep those gadgets charged throughout the day - the scalding hot car? Not likely. How about your own little solar converter umbrella? Conceptually created by Oded Shorer, the Parasolar looks like a normal enough umbrella you would use for shade or on a normal rainy day. The difference is, however, that the synthetic cloth of the canopy is embedded with photovoltaic panels that convert that good ol’ sunlight to energy for your gizmos. The wide base not only serves as a stabilizing base, but is also used for storing the Parasolar when not in use.
